Frost Line

Frost line is the depth to which the ground water in soil is expected to freeze. Concrete footings can be badly affected by frost heave if poured improperly or at the wrong depth. If concrete is poured above the frost depth, the pressure imposed by the freezing or thawing of the ground water can result in cracked concrete and could cause considerable damage to your fencing. If concrete is not installed properly it can trigger a shift in the fence posts during a freeze/thaw cycle and not only cause damage to the decorative look of your fence but also weaken its structural support.

Sliding Gate

The sliding gate can be used in functions where swing or other types of gates may not be possible. Some sliding gates require a steel track so the gate can easily slide across the opening while others are fixed to a large concrete foundation to gain balance for the opening. These gates can be easily automated giving comfort and convenience to the owner.
